Grappone Honda

I was looking for a high-end used car three months ago and I saw exactly the car I wanted at Grappone Honda in Concord. I typically don't enjoy buying cars but Grappone was great to work with. They were extremely pleasant and helpful during the sales process and didn't rush me during the test drive or purchase process. The price was also great. They also offered me a very competitive price on my trade-in (but I decided to keep the vehicle). As with any car, there were a few small questions/issues. They answered my questions and on one issue (the feel of my high-performance tires), they explained why the slight thumping during the first couple miles was occurring. They couldn't have been more pleasant in how they dealt with my questions and I felt comfortable enough that I would not hesitate to call them again if I had a question or issue. Overall - one of the best auto buying experiences I have had. I would buy from Grappone again. Rudy
