Ira Lexus of Manchester

The service dept was very welcoming and attended to my reason for visit. I went to Lexus of Manchester for my 60,000 mile service in the morning and by the afternoon I received a call from my service representative, Laurie stating it was recommended to repair a part. She explained exactly what was needed to be repaired in terms I was able to understand. The repair did take about a week, however I was offered to use a loaner while being repair. The loaner was nice and clean and drove exceptionally smooth. And Laurie goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are taken care of. And when picking up my vehicle, I was in and out within a timely fashion. Thanks Laurie for all your exceptional service, knowledge, and personableness.
