by fsmisc on 05/03/2025The sales team is very dishonest and unprofessional. They had a nice GS350 at a reasonable price listed for sale but with no pictures on their site. Curious, I tried to make an appointment several times and strangely got a runaround. It… seemed like they did everything possible to prevent appointments view the car. Don't dealerships want to sell cars? The reason for the runaround became clear soon enough, turns out an employee bought the car before it was made available to customers. First come first serve for themselves, they save the nice ones for employees and put their customers last. Highly unprofessional behavior.Aggressive used car buying manager
by Brian on 03/08/2025To start, Harris is a great sales person and I was thrilled with my used Lexus purchase when I left. Due to the time of evening when we wrapped things up, my State Inspection could not be completed as the techs had gone home. Came back two… weeks later to get the inspection completed figuring this was an easy going process and what could possibly go wrong. MAKE SURE TO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND DO NOT LET YOUR GUARD DOWN WITH LEGALITIES. Get your State Inspection done on the spot with used vehicle purchases and/or take a video of your vehicle all around to prove the condition when you left. Found out immediately from the tech that they were going to fail my SUV for a chip in the windshield. Told the tech that chip was there when I bought it and they would have to address this. Tech got my sales person Harris who went back and forth with the used car manager saying basically they would not cover it and it was my problem. Advised it was not there and I seen it at the time of purchase but it was so small and not in the field of view for the driver so I thought it didn't matter. (Found out later it didn't matter) Harris led me to his office where the used car manager was waiting. He was loud and aggressive while at the same time claiming I was aggressive since I walked in (not true). Got upset when I was told I would need to buy a new windshield for something that DOES pass inspection. Also told them if they would not address their issue, to give keys back and I would be reporting to the attorney general and bla bla bla. This made the used car manager REALLY MAD and he told me how dare I threaten him with that. That is not an avenue I want to go and he would easily win if I did. At this point he was showing the true colors of the nastiness you could face if the used car manager does not respect you. (I came in wearing beat up jeans and a t-shirt so I do not look like common clientele is what I figured) In the end they passed my SUV but only after I stood up for myself. If I could not have stood strong, he would have easily bullied me into buying an unnecessary windshield. Again... this is the used car manager and not Harris. Harris was the middle man and was told to brush me off so I do not fault him for this. Also, all other associates I have had the pleasure of speaking with were over the top nice. Remember you will only see sunshine and rainbows if you do not require the dealership to step up on their obligations. Also wear something nice when you come in or you may be profiled as someone they can take advantage of.Exceptional Sales Stagf

Best car buying experience
by SeamusMc on 03/02/2024My wife and I came in looking to find a new ride that gave us luxury and quality. Cory Bowman helps us on our last Lexus and he was our first choice walking in. He helps up test drive the one and only New TX on the showroom with our new… born to make sure the car seats fit perfectly. After we put in an order for the best fit of options we wanted. Through the whole process Cory was responsive and let us know when our new vehicle was arriving. Even at the last minute changing to a higher model he didn’t seem to mind one bit and worked around of scheduling to get us the perfect new ride. If you are looking for a new vehicle remember to ask for Cory Bowman and there finance manager Josh Lemieux was a pleasure to work with as well. Great Experience from Vermont Buyer
by raccavallo on 02/02/2024I would highly recommend Ira Lexus of Manchester. We worked with Haris. We drove from Vermont on a Saturday, had been emailing with Haris previously so we had an appt set to look at a few options. Haris took the took with us to thoroughly… test drive the RX, TX, LX, and others.......we did not feel rushed and really felt comfortable reviewing the different options and talking through which one fit us best. We ended up purchasing a car from Haris and because of my tight timeline with work and upcoming travel, Haris drove the new vehicle to me in Vermont and we signed papers at my house. That was a really nice thing to do and saved me a lot of travel time it was very appreciated. Josh in financing was also really great to work with, super nice guy...... and if your in Vermont you can get most of the service done at your local Toyota dealer, and what you cant, Ira Lexus has a concierge service where they will come and pick up your car and leave a loaner for any major service. Efficiently Run Establishment
by SS_Poir on 01/30/2024Id give Our sales rep Wendy 5 stars, She was knowledgeable and very respectful of our time. She knew we were in a time crunch and did everything she could do move the sale along, I cannot say enough positive things about her! We had to deal… with Liridon Syla on our trade, who would receive 1 star for showing up to work. The initial offer was honestly insulting. He low balled us by $6,500 on our trade, came up with a tall tale about oil leakage that would cost $2k to fix. We were about to walk away and he suggested we call the Jeep dealership to assess the cost of the repair, which Wendy managed. We gave them the benefit of the doubt it would take 2+ hours to repair with an $18 part and suddenly we were up $5k on our trade... he never came back in the office to acknowledge his rude offer, we just moved forward with the sale. Sven was our finance partner and again was mindful of time, and didnt pressure us into needless add-ons. He did fail to overnight our sales tax check... I had to follow up on it again almost 2 weeks later and Ive been assured it will be at my door tomorrow.Thank you for providing detailed feedback about your experience. If they could...they would fill your engine with Snake Oil
by IRA Lexus Victim on 01/26/2024Dishonest staff. I went in to buy a used car. We found a car. The salesman James asked me if we could run my credit, I said yes. Gave me a form to sign. Then they tried to harass me into buying the car "You signed the purchase… agreement! You signed the form!" I only agreed to run my credit. At no place in time was it explained to me that I was signing a 'Purchase Agreement', it was not titled. James also said that an expensive part on the car was covered by comprehensive insurance, he was very knowledgeable on the part. I went home did some research and called Geico. It was not covered. He knew that. Or he's confidently incompetent; both are dangerous qualities to buy a car from. Then I got a call from the Finance manager Josh. Did he say "I'm sorry there is an inconsistency in your employer information and we cannot approve your financing at this time" ( I got the numerical address wrong of my last employer) Josh proceeds to imply that I'm a red flag and am here to commit fraud on them lol. He doesn't seem to have many interpersonal skills. I say okay, I'll just come in and pay cash then. I try to get some of their excessive fees waived before purchasing, and then the Manager, Liridon Syla, says nothing will be waived, and that I have to pay an additional $100 because they put Nitrogen in the tires, and that I signed to agree to that during the credit check. No tact. No finesse. No sense of rapport. It's like if a sales team was pulled out of a GED fast track class. and it was either IRA Lexus or selling pot. These are the same kind've people who historically would take land from Native Americans, telling them 'they signed a form!' It's our land! They don't really seem to have any sense of transparency, ethics, interpersonal skills or integrity. Nothing was explained to me. Everything had a caveat. Every response they had was dripping with insincerity and sarcasm "Well if you don't like our price that YOU AGREED to, then best wishes!" They kept saying "Best Wishes" My only wish is to never see this high school JV sales team again. - best wishes - a customer who wanted to buy from them, but they managed to do everything to convince me otherwise.Thank you for your feedback, please know that we are looking into your concerns and will reply back to you soon.

My previous experiences involved aggressive sales folks who don’t listen and make you feel uncomfortable. This was far… from my experience in purchasing my beautiful new car at IRA. From the start, Stephanie Nix, extraordinaire sales person, was so easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me great advice. Despite limited inventory, she found my perfect dream car! I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. I had interactions with Site manager, Anita and finance manager, Moe, both were fantastic and helped to wrap the entire experience in a big red bow! Pushy, arrogant and rude
by Jake on 07/29/2022I bought a Lexus from Ira Lexus in Bedford NH but would not recommend others do the same. The salesman (Joe) that I worked with to buy my car was nothing but rude and condescending in every interaction I had with him. I was not allowed by… him to take the car on a test drive alone. He almost refused selling me the car because I came in pre-approved by my own credit union and he did not miss a chance to talk down to me in every interaction I had with him. I had to call this dealership before taking final delivery of the car and let them know that I refused to be further harassed by Joe and did not want to interact with him at all when I came to get the car and drive it home. I was met by Joe immediately when I entered the dealership to pick up this car, regardless of my plea to not have to deal with him again. Joe made buying my car a terrible experience. My bank overnighted a check to him (from Maine to NH) and sent him a tracking number along with a image copy of the check. Joe almost accused me of trying to scam him and refused to release the car to me regardless of the fact that the money was on the way and my bank had spoken to him directly about this. I had been on vacation and did not plan on buying a car during this trip. Joe's actions made it so I had to leave NH and come all the way back (with another driver) in order to take delivery of my vehicle. Joe was further upset with me that I had overnighted this check and not driven 5+ hours (on my vacation) back and forth to Maine to hand deliver the check from my bank to him. He spoke rudely to me, talked over me and pressured me the whole time I was in his office and at this dealership. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership and give them your money. People like Joe are the reason people hate car-salesman and Ira provides him sanctuary to continue his disrespect and poor behavior to others.We're sorry that after further attempts to resolve your concerns that we were unable to meet your expectations. If there is ever anything we can do for you in the future, we hope you’ll give us the opportunity to earn your business back.
Flawless

Unfortunately, our van was pretty beat up and not the most desirable trade. Well! We were blown away with how amazing… both Stephanie and Nigel were. Stephanie was patient, kind and helped us get our Acura MDX with our any issues. Nigel was very reasonable with our trade and really helped to make it work for our family of 4. I didnt have to sit on a cactus

The perceived mind games can be stressful even in the anticipatory phase. I had… Stephanie Nix and she worked with what I said I needed and delivered. She is approachable, sets off a very caring vibe within the restraints of her job description. But most importantly she was a good listener. Intelligent/competent people listen more than they talk. They only talk with purpose and that's exactly that Stephanie did. GEOFF (not jeff)in finance was also full of wit and not sh*t as well. They were very genuine and a nice sense of humor to cap it off. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience.
