The service experience at Ira Lexus was everything I was expecting as a return customer. From the moment you pull in they take care of you. My service manager walked me through where I was on my vehicle and allowed me to make informed decisions on what work to get done. I was updated throughout the process and had a great experience there. Not to mention the great discounts for coming in on Saturdays! Highly recommend the Ira team for your Lexus.
