onIt is very unfortunate that you call and inform the service person of a recall that needs to be taken care of so you make a appointment and forward them the RECALL NOTICE that needs to be taken care of, only to waste your morning saying will have to order parts, and 2 weeks later you text them back and tell them what’s the status to find out that there’s no parts still available and you call another dealership California and they say we do have such part. And inform your Reno dealership and they say we’ll go ahead and have them fix it for you. What’ a great local customer service that does not VALUE you as a local customer.
