Worst service ever

onTook my car into be serviced and to have the sunroof roller fix (stop opening). Kept telling me the part was ordered and needed to keep my car. After 9 days I insisted on my car. Told me repeatedly the part was coming. No further communication from service. I called 3 weeks later. Told me the part was in and made an appt. They had my car again for 8 days. I was lied to repeatedly. Apparently they forget that my car is connected to my app which lets me know when they start my car or unlock it. So frustrating.
