Dealership Service Review
Had a recent service done. Charged me $200 more than the verbal estimate I received. Waited 4+ hrs! I really appreciate being charged $13 for a $2 key battery I was never asked to have replaced. They just did it on their own and then charged me. But made it seem like they did it for free as a courtesy, nope. Charged 3 hr flat rate labor. The technician was done in 45 minutes, I understand how the flat rate system works but that's not even close. Either the technician cut corners or I was completely overcharged. Either way it's not OK to charge customers for almost 2 hours of labor that was never done. The service department has so much turnover. The dealership itself is a poor excuse for a Mercedes-Benz dealer, completely outdated and doesn't represent the product at all. Typical AutoNation dealership
