onI’ve been buying vehicles and having them serviced here for over 20 years. All of the employees that actually cared about customer service are gone (Gerard, Joe Kwanny and Brandon). They are obviously a horrible place to work considering the turnover. I would NOT recommend purchasing or servicing your vehicles here. It’s been going down hill since Auto Nation took over. I in fact purchased my last two Mercedes vehicles elsewhere. Had nothing to do with price, it had everything to do with the disfunction of this place!
