onMy experience with the service department was one of the worst I have ever experienced. They have a skeleton crew, poor customer communication, poor internal communication then $75 for misc fees? How much can a shop rag and a pair of disposable gloves cost? BS! I love my Mercedes product but will not purchase another because of lack of service. Sorry!!
