Dealership Service Review
With fewer than 6,000 miles, my Sprinter was towed to MB Reno. Service manager started with "maybe check it today", and did not put it on the rack for 10 more days. In the interim, three phone calls to ask if I'd be reimbursed for the rental car were not returned, so I called the GM, Steve. He said he'd check if I'd be reimbursed and call back. You can tell where this is going, no call back. I finally get the car after 17 days (no sense of urgency for a brand new car), and in person Brandon finally tells me I won't be reimbursed for the rental. One phone call could have saved me $1,700, but they're too busy and don't seem to care. To cap it off, 500 miles later, the problem persists, so they got it wrong. I had it towed to another MB dealership where the service is much better - quick call backs, and genuine customer care. I will pay out of pocket to avoid Mercedes of Reno.
