My Mercedes was due for service and contacted Brandon at Mercedes Benz of Reno to schedule an appointment. He said they were booked up but if I brought it in and left it they might squeeze it in.. I told him that was fine. The following day the service was complete! Wow! Thank you Brandon and Mercedes Benz of Reno!
