Periodic Servicing of My Smart for Two

onCalled and talked to a Service Writer about issues I was concerned about my Smart Car and made an appointment for the following week. After checking the car in, I was given a repair estimate, time to complete, and a courtesy shuttle ride home. The next afternoon,the service writer called informing me the car was serviced, being washed, and that the cost was about 2/3ds of the estimate. The shuttle was dispatched to take me to dealerlership. The service writer went over the repairs that were done and discussed the diagnostic checks that were, also, done,
