Making a bad situation good.

Unfortunately, MBZ of Reno service department misplaced my snowtires. My service representative, Will Goodpasture, went "above and beyond" by providing me with new snowtires and arranging to have my car picked up, snowtires installed and my car returned to me. A bad situation made good by excellent customer service.
