Scheduled a windshield replacement a month and a half in advance only to be called after the vehicle was dropped off that they don’t replace windshields. My car also needed the 40k service so I went ahead and continued with the service. The employees left the back windows open when it was raining. I called to try and get them to close the windows, even left a couple messages on the voicemails but to no avail. If it wasn’t for the Mercedes App I wouldn’t have known what they did. Thank God for technology. I live an hour and a half away and worked that night otherwise I would have driven to close them myself, water mark stains on the door sills and leather. The gentleman came with me to inspect the car when I got there he saw the damage and was kind enough to put it in writing that if I wind up with any mechanical errors (for the windows) they will replace them free of charge. I wasn’t notified when the car was finished so after four days I just showed up. Thanks for keeping your clients informed. I would NOT recommend this MB to anyone. Worst customer service. You can call and leave a voicemail all you want but don’t expect to get any sort of response nor update on anything.
