onTechnician was not clear on the service being performed. I had incurred a charges that I was not aware of and it came as a surprise when picking the vehicle up. What made matters worse I was charged initially of a service and product that was not even performed. To all future customers, please check your itemized receipts on the service performed because you might be charged with a non existing service! Mercedes of Reno, very disappointing experience!
