onNormally, their service is very poor. Rarely has the car been ready when promised and often don't have a promised loaner. I have complained several times. maybe it helped, as this time the service advisor kept me informed and had a loaner ready. Unfortunately, something leaked when I got home and had to have the car towed for a fix. it was kind of a hassle. I asked to hav e the AC cleaned, as it has a smell and apparently they did not do that. It still smells.
