I don't have enough positive things to say about Mercedes-Benz of Reno. The whole Reno team are top notch - especially Gian. Being out of state, I was a bit nervous purchasing my Mercedes, but my Sales Associate, Gian Ravazzolo, answered all my question and actually made the purchase process painless. I can't thank Gian enough for being patient with me and walking me through the process. I would definitely recommend Mercedes of Reno and Gian to anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes!
