Ordering a car can be like a visit to a proctologist. Not at MB of Reno. I ordered an AMG E53 Coupe and with all the issues of logistics and chip shortages (not potatoes) The process was unquestionably smooth and Dave Rowe the salesman extraordinaire was never flustered in spite of my incessant badgering and 500 word text messages. If I could give MB of Reno ten stars I would. I have bought cars from many states and none can compare. In most places professionalism is only an afterthought, not here and I am very grateful for it.
