I have taken my 2020 Lexus NX to Lexus of Las Vegas for every maintenance check-up, and each time I have received excellent communication before/during/after the service. The staff are efficient and helpful and provide all feedback in a manner which I can understand. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and near the service personnel.
