Ask for Sungmin Daniele to help you and she will not disappoint. I am very grateful for the genuine, red carpet, consistent service I received (and still receive) from Sungmin- she is a bright ray of light! There were a couple frustrations at the time of vehicle pick-up (related to car insurance and tire warranty paperwork) so we had to reschedule, but she personally gave me a ride to and from the dealership. No words can accurately express her kindness and ability to decrease stress levels in any situation - especially since the car search journey too me out-of-state. In my professional life as Global Director of Customer Experience for an international B2B company, and in my personal life as a customer in the B2C world- I have not come across such a genuine service rep who truly cares like Sungmin- you cannot coach this!
