My wife and I arrived on the lot just to browse your selection of NX's'. We met Charles, and he was very kind and patient. He listened to our questions and answered them without hesitation. Even though there were no NX's on the lot, he understood my wife LOVED her Toyota CH-R and showed her a UX. Roughly 3 hours later, we were driving out with it.
