Lexus of Las Vegas

I reviewed a 2008 Lexus SC 430 online one Saturday evening and called Lexus of Las Vegas to check on availability. Krystal answered the phone despite the fact that they had just officially closed for the day. We chatted for about 15 minutes and I agreed to buy the car, securing it with a confirming email and credit card deposit. The following Monday she called first thing to work out the details (primarily required paperwork, payment process and shipping) and she remained in touch every step of the way, even sending additional photos and video of the car. When the car arrived on my end I found it's condition exactly as she had described down to the small scratch on the bumper. Her representation of the vehicle was 100% accurate and customer service was beyond what I expected. I will not hesitate to do business with Lexus of Las Vegas again in the future.
