Everyone was friendly and pleasant, and everything went off without a hitch. I came for a specific vehicle and left with that vehicle. lucky for me with the current car shortage, and the particular scarceness of the vehicle I was aiming to get. No sales pressure, no unpleasant moments, no effort to direct me to something more "profitable." Felt like I made a couple of new friends.
