just now New I’ve been really impressed with Jordan as my advisor and the 1st advisor when I first visiting here but I forgot his name. He sits on the right and first row when walking to the door. He’s not only friendly and professional but also incredibly reliable, consistently finishing work within the promised timeframe without any delays. On top of that, they even washed my car before returning it to me, which was a nice touch. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, contributing to an overall positive experience. However, there were two aspects of my visit that I believe could be improved. First, the front desk experience was a bit off-putting. The gentleman handling customer intake was unwelcoming and seemed somewhat impolite. He’s a tall guy with short hair, a tattoo, and a black cross earring in his right ear. His tone was a bit dominant, and he raised his voice when asking for my name, which felt unprofessional. When it was time to return my keys, he didn’t offer any kind of farewell or inquire if I needed anything else; he just walked past and tossed the keys to me. I even thanked him and wished him a good day, but his response was still dismissive. I’m not sure if he was having an off day, but compared to my previous experiences at the BMW service in Buena Park, this felt lacking in customer service. The second issue was with the cleanliness of the steering wheel. When I first touched it, I immediately noticed it wasn’t as clean as I expected. A quick wipe revealed just how much dirt had accumulated, leaving the surface rough and unpleasant to the touch. When I initially brought my car in, the steering wheel was spotless, so I was disappointed by this oversight. I hope next time the interior cleaning can be more thorough. Overall, despite these minor issues, I do think this is a service center worth visiting. The professionalism of my advisors and the general quality of service still make it a good option for my car care.
