Brought car in for oil change at my appointment time 8am. Car was ready at 2:30pm. Way too long for simple oil change. I could not get a ride home or ride from home to pick up the car. I had to arrange my own rides. They texted me information on a wrong car being serviced. In a future I will try to avoid servicing my car at this dealership, unless it’s something more serious then just a oil change.
