onThe tech who worked on my car, did a great job. I enjoyed the video presentation. I was not thrilled with the service manager, Vincent. I was looking at the beautiful convertible in the show room, and when I went to go sit with him I commented on it. He told me he was not a big fan of convertibles. That was surprising considering I’m the owner of a convertible and I was eyeing a Convertible. Just threw me off a bit. Not much of a salesman and kind of insulted my car.
