First oil change

onHad an appointment at 9am on April 24 for a first oil change. Service advisor said they also need to add a recall service without any detail or time it will take which I had to ask when it was finished almost three hours later. Wanted to sell me $249 alignment with 9000 miles vehicle and declined courtesy tire rotation. I’m paying extended warranty on the vehicle when I purchased the vehicle but I regret I did that and if I have a choice I would cancel it since I have to travel 70 miles for servicing my vehicle.
