This process was easy. Ray made the process fast and smooth. I have had negative experiences with car dealerships and was not looking forward to what I thought was ahead. However, I got a call from the GM, which surprised me. I got to meet him, he was nice and courteous. Ray, the salesman came along and was very impressive and nice to me as well.
