Leased a slightly used car which I am happy with. Sales person was accommodating and had good communication, but the finance person was not helpful and basically questioned me if the car was really for me and let me walk out twice. Had to come back three times to finally close the deal and it only worked because a different finance person was on duty who was willing to work with me. So it depends on which finance person is working that day if you get a deal or not which I found odd. Should be guidelines and not up to their personal attitude on any given day. Good luck the right person works the financials the day you walk in! Otherwise good experience. And low pressure environment.
