Incompetent Service Advisors

onOur car has been going back and forth at the service department for about a month now. Most recent was last Saturday since Mark forgot to order a part that they're suppose to fix when we got our liner fixed. When I got to the service department There's still nothing. Wasted my time and gas. Then Jabar tried to help me and told me that they should get the part by the beginning of the week. Now it's Friday, I called Jabar Who's supposedly will check on it. Nothing still. Very upset with this department. For Service Managers/Advisors I expected more. I hope not all GMC dealerships are like this.
