Dealership Service Review
I made an appointment, showed up and was left standing in the service drive for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. They mis-diagnosed and ordered the wrong part 3 times. There was zero communication (the only status updates I got were when I called). I left the service manager a voicemail, he didn't call me back. Wrote the GM an email, he didn't reply and when i finally went up to the showroom a few days later when my vehicle was finally fixed and asked him about it he said he was "waiting to hear from corporate" before he could respond to me or even try to makes things right (still have not heard from him). I only went here because I bought a service contract when i bought my vehicle at an Auto Nation dealership. I will try my luck next time at one of their other stores but I will never go back to the Henderson Buick/GMC dealership ever again.
