AutoNation Buick GMC Henderson

Usually when you buy a new vehicle, the dealer forgets who you are. Not at Auto Nation Buick GMC Henderson! My experience started with salesmen Fernando and Jordan. These gentlemen were very helpful in getting me my new Denali 2500 HD for a great price. Next was Steve Broka who closed the deal with a great attitude. Then the great service began. Sales Manager Angela Baires took over helping me with some details with some accessories that were to be part of the deal. Angela is very professional and so pleasant to work with. When she says she will look into a question I have and call me back, she means it. She even apologized for not calling me back on her day off. The Parts manager Cecil and his salesmen are also very helpful. When Cecil says he will get some info on some parts, he does, and calls back promptly. When I call or drop by, they remember me and treat me with respect. When I went to the Service Dept. I had representative Craig take in the truck. I told him I was leaving on vacation and needed the truck back that evening. He called me several times to let me know what the status was and worked late to make sure I had it back that night.
