Certified means nothing! Instead of changing out all fluids, etc., they get you on their recommended service plans for 45,000, 50,0000 and 60,000 mile service. Since they don't do any of it before hand ( and unless you are very knowledgable, you wouldn't know to request as part of your sales package) plan on spending another 2,000 on top of your purchase price.
