My biggest impression after purchasing my new 2022 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali Crew Cab truck is that the people in sales are honest. Nathan Babb communicated with me over about a 6 month period while my truck was waiting to be built and delivered. He kept me apprised of the status and made me feel like he really cared because he knew the answers to all of the question I could come up with. It was a pleasure working with Nathan. If I ever buy a new truck again, Nathan will be the person I first reach out to. He’s smart, motivated to be a real customer service kind of salesman, and doesn’t blow smoke. What a refreshing experience it was with Nathan. And I can’t say enough about the business posture of the dealership. While most (almost all) dealers are marking vehicles up over invoice because of supply shortages, AutoNation Buick GMC Henderson is not and even accepted a GM Employee discount sale. They’re the only dealer in 1000 miles that I found that would. Two thumbs up.
