Jeep not shifting out of 4WD low.

They are knowledgeable about the problem. Thay found the transfer case needed to be replaced in a timely manor. They had one in stock and got it covered by my insurance company after a few calls including pictures of the case. Everyone was couritus and profenchal. Waiting area was clean and comfortable.
