Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Billings

I bought a new Jeep gladiator from Lithia in Helena. You get 2 free oil changes and tire rotations from the Jeep wave promotion. I usually do my own oil changes but I thought I’d take advantage of it. I went in on Halloween of 2024. I got the oil changed and the tire rotation done. When I got home I smelled hot oil and there was oil spilled on top of my engine. I cleaned it up. I checked my oil and it seemed a little overfilled. I checked it again a month later and still seemed over filled. I decided that I would change my oil today. It was only 1800 miles since they had changed it. I drained close to 6 quarts of oil from my Jeep, it calls for 5 quarts for my engine. I sent them a message and have not heard back. I have another free oil change that I believe I will skip.
