onMy sister recently purchased a vehicle from this car dealership only to have it develop issues within two weeks. When she brought it in for repair, she was told that new spark plugs were needed, and she would be charged for both the parts and labor. The service department, Chris Wheeler, stated that they do not inspect their vehicles before selling them and instead focus on basic maintenance such as oil changes. This lack of due diligence and commitment to customer satisfaction is concerning and suggests that there are better options available for those in the market for a used car.
