Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Billings

First off I had a phenomenal experience with Lithia of Billings! I'm an officer in the Army stationed at Fort Irwin, CA. I was looking for a specific vehicle and opened up my search to see what was around the country and found the exact vehicle I was looking for at Lithia (used 2015 Chevy Silverado HD 2500 Diesel with Deep Ocean Blue paint color and High Country option). Having done the research on both NADA and KBB I knew what a good price for this particular vehicle would be; however, their vehicle's price was not only good it was fantastic! Initially I was a little skeptical because the price seemed to good to be true but after talking to the dealership and having them send me pictures I was very comfortable placing an offer on the vehicle even though I was not able to see it in person. Upon hearing that they accepted my offer I bought a plane ticket to fly up there and drive the truck back to CA. They agreed to hold it for my for the three weeks I needed to get the free time to fly up there and they also agreed to have it cleaned and topped off for me upon my arrival. On top of all that they even agreed to pick me up at the airport and bring me back to the dealership. When I arrived the vehicle was as described and I couldn't have been happier. I've never been to Montana before but my experience with Lithia as was as the beautiful landscape made me want to experience more! Billings you should be proud of your local dealership and how fantastic a job they are doing especially to outsiders, a great representation to an amazing community! I would like to recommend Cameron Swift (my main representative during this purchase process), BJ Mayhood ( the representative that picked me up at the airport and had a great conversion all the way back to the dealership), and a newer female dealer that explained the features of the truck to me prior to me heading back to CA (sorry I was unable to remember your name, but thank you).
