Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Billings

I was contacted by this dealership a few times before I could respond back and they seemed more than confident they could find what I was looking for, even though the more detailed I got the less I heard from them until one day I didn't hear back anything on what they had found and that was 3 weeks ago. I would appreciate some form of email stating that they can't find what I'm looking for or something, not just dropping the search and not telling me. I may be difficult but I know what I want and I am not willing to settle until I find it.
