If you enjoy arrogant bully tactics and gaslighting, this is the place to buy your next car! I really wanted to give Van a chance to redeem themselves of everything I had heard about them. However today, when attempting to contact a salesman to continue a month-long discussion about a new vehicle, the "Sales Manager" hijacked the deal. This probably would not have been so bad except this "Sales Manager" went on to talk all over the top of me, try to gaslight me over the phone, then abruptly end the call without so much as a good-bye. When I called back a few minutes later, he said that he thought there was nothing else to discuss. I then explained that I had a couple more questions. Stunned silence for a few seconds. He might have known that had he not decided all by himself that the conversation was over. That was just rude. The whole attitude here seems to be that the customer is somehow doing this dealership a favor buying a car. Each interaction I have had here has become incrementally worse. Not hugely, just little slights and snotty little remarks.
