Chad and Cassie have taken really good care of me the past couple of times I have been in. They are both very helpful, and also personable, which really helps these days...nobody likes to go into a place and have them act like you're not even there, and these guys never do that. They are very respectful & courteous, always have the answer to my problem and fix it right away. They just seem like all-around good people. They are friendly and they LISTEN to me. They take the time to explain things to me - they are both just really excellent people to work with. Cassie is like my go-to girl at Lupient, and I consider her your most valuable employee from my point of view! I have worked with her many times over the past 3 years and she is absolutely awesome. I couldn't ask for anyone better than her. She is always willing to answer questions I have about my car - sometimes I ask her things by email and she gets right back to me, and takes the time to explain things thoroughly and in a way that I understand. I have really learned a lot from her. She is always patient and friendly which I appreciate, because they get pretty busy down there in the service department! When it was time for me to buy a new car instead of repair the old one, she steered me to the also very awesome salesman, Jim Steffen, who I was very pleased with and will talk to again when its time to trade it in next year probably. I am very pleased with everyone at Lupient-Bloomington and as long as you guys keep it up, you have a customer for life. Seriously. So thank you for that!
