I appreciate the time and kind manner that Jeff and Ken take to assist me with my 10 yr old BMW, offering suggestions and tips that I dont know for myself and not making me feel like I'm being annoying asking questions. Its a pleasure to work with everyone at this facility, esp. Ken and Jeff. I also am so grateful for summer tire storage!! As a gypsy, this is so appreciated. The lack of a line also always amazes me, I'm used to crazybusy BMW centers. And previous botch jobs have been repaired here, which is so great and appreciated. Its a great center, you guys are doing awesome. Thanks again, LW
