I own a 2012 Ford Explorer. I frequently come in to Briarwood Ford for service. The most recent experience I had was great. The employees are very friendly and helpful and informative. I especially enjoyed the shuttle rides that the dealership provided. I was on time to work and they picked me up promptly. The shuttle drivers made the experience very comfortable for me.
