Dealership Service Review
[non-permissible content removed]! Terrible customer service from the service advisor as well as the entire dealership. They overcharged me for services and cracked my windshield in two places. The communication from my service advisor was poor. I had to call and check in on the car rather than him providing me with a realistic expectation of when it would be available. Prior to picking the car up I asked him to email me a copy of the charges he confirmed he could do that with an annoyed attitude and never did it. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car he handed me a stack of papers and just told me to go to the cashier to pay but never reviewed the charges with me. After going getting the car I noticed my windshield was cracked in two places and advised Kurt of that. He went searching for his service manager only to come back to me and say he is busy going 2-3 other things and tried handing me his card. After speaking with the service manager he agreed the dealership would fix the windshield and that the contractors would come to my home or job to fix it. After paying $1350 and leaving the dealership with a cracked windshield the next day the car would not start and I had to get it towed. After fixing another negligent event cause by the dealership, I was able to pick the car back up only to have to bring it back to the dealership because the contractor needed to fix my windshield at the dealership instead of at my home because of the weather. I waited all day for a call that the car was ready to be picked up. I texted the contractor who confirmed it was ready to be picked up then an hour later I get a call from Kurt confirming it was ready. When I walked in the dealership to pick the car up there was a group of men standing around talking looked at me and continued their conversation I didn’t receive any help until another guy walked out of another room. He handed me the keys to the car and said it should be outside. I went outside and the car was not there so I had to come back in the dealership and ask him to get my car. Just an overall Terrible experience. I feel like I was taken full advantage of and was not valued as a paying customer at the dealership. I will never in my life visit this dealership or recommend them to anyone. I plan to pursue further action against the dealership for my experience during the whole ordeal
