Finally decided to purchase a new car for myself. When I was contacted by the dealership I explained that I had delt in the past with Don but he had retired. I explained that I wanted to work with someone of similar demeaner and professionalism. When I showed up in person I was introduced to Viola. She handled my sale with utmost professionalism. I couldnt have been more pleased. Likewise when it was time to go over financials the young lady that closed the deal was also very professional and understanding. When the car was turned over to me another delightful young lady helped me get connected to OnStar and went over the workings of the cool tech in my 2024 Trax.
