Dealership Service Review
Arrived for my scheduled 15K service appointment at our scheduled time and promptly was passed on to our service manager, Mike. We reviewed the planned work and I was asked if there was anything else needing attention. I shared that I had heard/felt an irregular vibration underneath my vehicle and asked if they could look at a potential issue. Routine service was completed as planned and they spent additional time troubleshooting a potential causation of the vibration. All heat shields, clamps and other potential causes were looked at. No apparent issue found and I appreciated the initiative to look into this. Have not heard vibration since leaving the dealership. Was on my way in just over 2.5 hours. The waiting area had great WiFi coverage and I was able to work remotely in a pleasant environment….
