Dissatisfied with a small request

onThe gal checked me in, she was very nice and asked why I was there….told her for oil change, tire rotation and fluids and asked if they could please clean my inside mats. She said sure. Inside check in was easy and lounge comfortable as always. When done saw they also washed my car but realized after home that the mats were not done. I am handicapped, live in apartment so doing this is not easy for me. Everything else was good!
