We initially went into the dealership just to bourse at the makes available that would accommodate our need for a AWD, comfort, and increased storage. There was no pressure from the sales staff and they answered all our question regarding the different makes and models. We felt comfortable in the dealership so we returned for a test drive and ultimate purchase.
