Dealership Service Review
My daughter was at school in Grand Rapids when her check engine light came on. She had been in a car accident week before so we did not know if this was because of the accident. I called the dealership and was immediately connected with Vince. Vince was able to get the car into the service department the same day to take a look at the vehicle. With my husband and I living in IL, Vince was very good at keeping us updated on our vehicle. The service department determined the issue with the transmission was not from the accident and the problem was covered by our warranty. Due to vehicle no longer being drivable, we worked with Vince and Matthew at Todd Wenzel Body Shop and decided the best thing to do was to leave the vehicle in Michigan and have the Service department repair the transmission and once it was completed, they would move the vehicle to the Body Shop to repair the vehicle from the accident. I was very impressed with the amount of communication I received from Vince. Going forward I will have my daughter take her car to Todd Wenzel for routine maintenance while she is in Grand Rapids for the school year.
