Without a doubt one of the easiest transactions thus far in our life. Kathy and Steve have gone out of their way to ensure that we are completely happy, informed, and understanding of every document. Even just a few days after Steve let me know that our complete satisfaction was his goal, no problem that he couldn’t fix or have taken care of for us.
